www.accurateshooter.com click on the Daily Bulletin at the top of the page, scroll down to the Jennings rifle, Barnard action, 32" Bartlein barrel, .308, 5 rounds of gold medal ammo,.233" moa at 100yds, 3 rounds .047 moa at 100 yds & makes weight for F/TR, pretty much the same type of rifle that turned factory shooters away from F/Standard in the first place, elevation might have issues, nothing you can't get around, the Space Race is back on!

Looks like the bag rest tube is attached off centre & you twist it to adjust height, must have some billard table mounds in the US.
