V4 auto trickler

Hi all
I have a v 4 auto trickler which is a great product, but have had on two occasions a problem with the cup .
After setting up, when the cup is put on the scale it will not settle or zero if I remove the handle the scale works fine .
I have tried earthing the handle and refitting but the same thing happens Does anyone have any ideas or experiences.

The handle sticks out from the draft shield slightly. Could there be a slight draft or air movement acting on the handle?

I turned my scale 90 degrees to the side and that helped with drafts from either me or anything in the house.

Kaizan tactical just got back to me ( they are most helpful) the problem was that the soft plastic seats that the trickler sits on had compressed slightly just enough for the handle to touch the funnel, two slightly thiker pieces and it is working fine.
