You need to import it. But crazy expensive. Maybe if you organize a few of us to compromise a bigger order it will make better sense. See

It's considered a hazardous material to ship.

When I looked I seem to remember it was also ITAR regulated because you can lubricate nuclear reactor parts with it.

I don't know if this is any help to you but for inside neck lube i use an old 35mm film canister with about an ounce of number 8 shot and quarter to half a teaspoon of Graphite put the lid on shake it all up take the lid off just dip your case neck in twice and Bob's your uncle works a treat .

I'm currently using the REDDING application media method which is essentially the same.
My problem is that I cannot gauge if I'm getting an even/uniform coverage.
I'm going to try using moly powder and bore mop to see this improves the application.

thx

Neolube is Isopropyl alcohol and about 5% graphite. Make your own

Slightly moving off topic Is there a reason to lube inside the case neck and not the projectile?

The inside of the case neck is the rougher surface of the two and more likely to hold whatever lube is being used, also you don't have to handle lubed projectiles

Im curious to how do you apply the Oneshot to the inside of the necks?
Sounds like it would be a quick solution.

Cheers

I spray it on a nylon brush and apply it that way. I find you need to coat the brush after every 5 cases to get consistency.

Quick tip Alan Warner gave me, time consuming but it works
Q Tip and Carnuba car wax, light coat.

My question on this subject is why do we want to lube the neck?
Secondly, all the processes mentioned thus far rely on "boundary lubrication" the aim of which is to put a layer of lube between the 2 surfaces, which, for an interference/press fit, is both unsuitable and counter intuitive.

Reason is to reduce bullet seating force variation, particularly if you rigorously clean the inside of cases.
