#1 Postby UL1700 » Thu Dec 01, 2022 5:49 pm

OK so its finally arrived so I thought I'd ask who else has one, how's it going and what are the results on target (especially as a young family is basically keeping me off the range #-o )

I've got one, been playing with it this week - have loaded ammo for my 6GT with both 2208 and 2209 powder, and loaded up some RL23 in my 300wsm this afternoon with good success - I have found the updated firmware from V1.5 to V2.0 made a real difference with accuracy of powder throws - everything is loading to within 0.2gr as per the Autotrickler. I find the functionality of the Supertrickler to be quite impressive. Main negative for me is the way in which you empty the Supertrickler - I can still hear a few kernels of powder rattling around inside but they won't come out so I wonder if there's some gaps inside the unit they've fallen into.

Mine was meant to have shipped on the 28th but I haven't got any tracking advice.

What was your "shipping" date. How long did it take and did you cop any extra duties?

Current pricing is at https://supertrickler.com.au/shop/ plus $50USD world wide shipping. Was a bit cheaper when I ordered a year ago!

Mine was due to leave on the 14th Nov and I think it left a few days later I received tracking, avoided TAX and it took about 2 weeks to arrive

I'm very happy with mine, it's a very neat and advanced product.

F- Class John has been doing some reviews and usages on this item. Might be good to view for those who have one.
Cheers,
Trevor.

How are you finding it with the 2209, mine seems to dispense somewhere between 4 and 6 loads getting a little quicker each time (~12 to 10 seconds per charge) then it appears to try and half the time, sometimes successfully but normally it massively overshoots and it takes another couple of charges to get back on track. After a hundred or so loads it still hasn't finished the AI learning for this powder. Does this sound familiar (I know 2208 and 2209 are tricky powders) or are for instance my bulk and trickle speeds way out?

Cheers

Haven't found it too bad with 09. Out of 50 cases loaded to 50gr in my new 7-6.5PRC 4 loads were overthrows by .02gr, so nothing major. Didn't sweat it given it was just a fireforming load. Having said that, if it was for a match, one kernel out and I'm good to go. The I found the whole process pretty quick so there was definitely a time saving which would offset the small overthrow.

Mine Arrived today. They have started shipping by UPS instead of the Danish postal service. It took 9 days from Denmark to my door by UPS and was a pleasant surprise to get it today because UPS's tracking still says it's due next week and is currently sitting at customs.

I set it up this evening. The actual setup was fine. The manual is pretty decent in that regards.
It was pretty overwhelming at first trying to understand the trickler settings for the powder profile.

It's kind of neat watching the AI do its thing and the loads getting more consistent as it learns.

After playing with it for the last couple of hours or so I'm starting to understand the powder settings and have got my head around the menu system. For a while there i was ready to go back to the AutoTrickler.
