Have a look at what is available in the for sale section. Some good buys come up. maybe all you will need to do is a re-barrel job to start your career with. Good luck.
Cheers,
Trevor.

Off the top of my head
Victoria
Grenfell armoring services
NSW
Matt Paroz (LRP) rifles have won a lot of hardware (also site sponsor),
Darren Bradley
SA
Ziersch custom rifles
My .02c ... . . Id recommend you get to a few clubs in your area, speak to some of the shooters who have similar rifles to what you want and ask who does their work. I'd also recommend if this is your first ground up custom rifle to choose the gunsmith first and discuss your wants vs needs and and let them help your make selections of components. They should soon tell you what they have in stock, what they can order in or what components your may have to round up yourself. Unless you know exactly what your doing don't go and buy a whole heap of expensive parts and then dump them off at the Smith and expect a great result. Gunsmiths have preferences of what products they know and trust to give good results and prefer to work on.
