would a 303 be suitable for f class?

i have a new black mountain heavy barrel,a butt stock with raised cheeck ,and a fore end with bedding and opened up barrel channel

the action i have is stuffed,

i want to know if a 303 would be suitable ,if so ill get another action and put it all together and give f class a go

is there any special brand of bipod or will any do?
and what are the scope restrictions?

You could use it in F Open but really that would be like turning up to Bathurst in a Model T Ford !! Don't waste your money.....

Mountain Man,
I dont know where your from but the NSW Qns has a 303 match for that calibre in thier program.
