OzFclass

I am looking to build a new silhouette rifle based on a custom action an was after any feedback/info/advice on them. While not strictly fclass - they are still long range and have strict accuracy requirements. I have used Rem700s in the past but would like to look at perhaps more-up market alternatives. My question is - are they worth it, what should I consider, who supplies what in Australia - and approx. how much?
