Pls tell about colodial graphite & in barrel break in

does anyone here use colodial graphite for barrel prep?
how does it work and where do you get it from??
do you have to use moly bullets once you have treated the barrel with CG??
Any other info or links that you guys saved from the old board as I remember a big thread on it.
