As for the NSW F Open Team the Team is Rob Eager (Capt) Ken Young (Coach,) Dennis Shallis, Mal Henderson, Les Rozsnyai, Geoff Minors and Mick Passlow.
All I have regarding the programme has been kindly provided by the Secretary of the Canberra RC as a DRAFT ONLY. Otherwise I know nothing more.
1. Format for the 2010 Teams Match ( DRAFT ONLY, not yet approved by the NRAA )
1.1 On Saturday 13 November at 4.00 PM there will be a Captains meeting and team "meet & greet".
1.2 On Sunday 14 there will be practice sessions at 300, 600, 700, and 800 metres during the morning. I I assume that these are optional)
1.3 On Sunday afternoon starting at 2.15 PM there will be the first match of the Competition - 15 shots at 800 metres.
1.4 On Monday 15 November starting at 8.25 AM there will be four matches - 10 shots each at 300, 600, 700 and 800 metres.
Regards
Rob Eager

Richard,
I received 3 documents re Canberra Teams from David MacIntosh today. Did you get same? Be aware that F-Open will be shooting on Open targets

! Mr Fitzgerald has finally revealed the information I have been trying to extract from him for the best part of a year - The official F-Open target is not changing to ICFRA and Super V. What we need to do is to arrange an urgent change to this rule via the State Associations.
In the meantime, ACT Rifle Club now needs to source Open Targets. I am hoping that the likes of the VRA and SARA will be able to make them available at little or no cost, given they will probably have no further use for them. Can you have a chat with Paul about that?
Better news is that in the ACT Queens, F-Open will use ICFRA and Super V scored as 6.1

. Good on them for listening.

my first impulse when hearing that the open teams will be shooting on the old champ target was "what are the nra doing?"!!!!.
but then i remembered the ammount of sh*t that has been shovelled their way over this and sort of don't blame them.
from their point of view, if you were in their shoes, you might do the same.
if ever we can agree on something and recognize what is best for our sport and agree on it, they might be more inclined to listen.
