whats it like for temp variations and to use in general?

Really dreadfull sh t, hows that. A coupla different large cartridges ,the main one was a 90 gn cap 7mm Mag.. Fouled ,was inconsistant,,the ES would change in a 10 deg temp swing by 40 fps ,, What else would you like to know.. I think you will find Retumbo is our adi 2225 powder.

Tried it in my 7mmRem Mag didn't like it 2217 is better BEST
And I agree with Ratshot Retumbo=2225 H1000=2217 :-$

ahhhh i see! ill steer clear of it then. thanks for the heads up guys! :lol:

i have used 2213sc and 2217 in my .257 weatherby with good results.

they seem to use a fair bit of H1000 aswell so if that is 2217 ill give that a try

Try reloader 25 its a bit slower than 2217 all depends on the bullet weight.
