Does anyone have the specs for the Winchester 155gr Palma rounds that are sold by the various state associations?
Details that I am after are the following:
Winchester powder type and amount?
Winchester primer type?
Projectile details, 155gr, but is it, are they 2155 or 2156 as per the JBM software or something else?
Any details would be great

Not sure, but I think I remember someone saying the powder is unspecified - there are performance specifications, and powder type and charge is adjusted to meet them. I would expect primers to be standard Winchester WLR, but don't hold me to that.
All of the recent .308 ammo I have bought through the VRA has used Dyer HBC projectiles.
