Hi Pete,
You'll be very lucky to find one, I don't know of any commercially available.
If you're not in a hurry I could make you one with a zero taper (if you want it anodized would take longer).

I'll contact you after the silly season.
I've bought a scope that came with a Spuhr mount that has 20moa built in, that will give me 40 moa of elevation and I don't think I'll get on the target on the short ranges. As a work around I can reverse the rail to give me an effective 0moa. It has 100moa of internal adjustment so that will be no issue.
I did find a manufacturer of a 0moa rail. Tier One in the UK want £90 plus an additional £60 postage. that works out at $300. WTF.
