7mm SAUM Reamer questions

To start with, just starting to get into F open and have now definitely found my self well in the rabbit hole.
have picked up a low round count 7mm SAUM here in WA. now the original reamer that was used on it might not be Available to me ( i have to look more into this )
Now what is the best way to go about this and going forward to keep consitancy and chambers similar for each new barrel is it worth purchasing my own reamer and providing it to the smith when the barrel is done ?
if this is the best way Who is the go to for reamers ?
now the next question is a custom reamer the go, like setting up a dummy round and having it cut to suit. which is only going to lead me into the next question of what would be the best COAL Plan is to use berger 180 and 184's
