MUCKADILLA. 3x Day OPM

Post by GrahamW »

Hi all.

Flyer and info for the 2025 Muckadilla Rifle Club 3x Day Shoot is up. The shoot will include TRA, TRB, FSA, FSB, FO, FTR, PC & PCO.
Muckadilla uses electronic targets, so at 900 yards terminal velocity must be 1150 fps or higher.

As per previous years, there are heaps of camping with showers positioned on the range and near the clubhouse (as well as some accommodation at the Muckdilla Pub) .

Well it’s good to be back ! Caught up with some old mates and also met some new ones ! Congratulations to Mr Fox in fo . Who shot well at 900 yds to take the mukkadilla crown ! With my self dropping a 4 grrr at the last 900 and a stupid 5 somewhere in there .
With D Brown shooting very well to get 3 rd separated by x’s between myself and him .
The wind was something to behold with 3 min changes . Which shows in the FO scores with all the 4’s . I had 4-5 mins on the last day 900’s (.284) and up to 7 mins at the 800 yds (7-08 ai) .

After quitting the 2020 season with a Wondai and gundy opm shoot and also with a handful of club shoots in the 5 years absence . Also, only a couple of shoots at Dalby for prep! Very happy and somewhat relieved that my base form is somewhat still there . Again great to be back . Hope to go to a few more opm’s and who knows ? Maybe a Queens ! Oops now Kings lol!
