Hi all, could anyone tell me what is good to fill my rear sand bag with. I now have it filled with river sand and there seems to be quite a lot of movement in it. I was thinking maybe brikkies sand or something similar. Any opinions greatly appreciated. I have a leather 3 stitch bag with ears. I apologise if this thread has been on before but i can't find one. Thanks whippy.

Black Moulding Sand (Furane Sand ) Used of course.
Contact a ferrous foundry, they use it once and throw it away.
It's heavy, and will stay in place.

G'Day All,
if you use garnet sand use new stuff as it the used stuff is too fine imho.......leaks out the stitching holes.
