TR question regarding graduations on adjustable "super cooper" foresight

I've newly acquired an adjustable Super Cooper foresight. I get the idea; you mostly adjust the front sight instead of the rear, leaving your comb height largely constant.
QUESTION: what metric does the graduations represent on the aforementioned sight? If it's in MOA, then I've only got 15moa to play with... when i technically need 20+ out to 800m (with a 300m zero). But does it simply mean I have to start adjusting the rear-sight elevation beyond 700m (i.e. if i need more than 15moa provided on the front sight)?
It mentions on the cooper website the graduations are in "100m graduations" - but this can't be though because the graduation spacings seem to be constant?
Cheers,
Jim.
