Might sound a bit out there but has anyone necked down a9.3x64 to 7 mm, and probably more out there “improved” it. I have given it a fair bit of thought, but it’s a project beyond my means at present. I reckon it would be like a 284 long, lol.

Its been done, use a 284 win reamer,, as you said 284 long,
Biggest problem is where you gunna get the rws brass from and dies.
It does nothing a saum wont do,,also its a 505 case head size,, i have one if you want a pic, cheers jacko
