Hi All
Only about 6 weeks to go now which will fly by as all you old coots know.
Hopefully not the same weather as last time and best of all it will be on manual targets yippee.
So book in your leave, mow the lawn, take Sweetypie out for tea - just to make sure you have enough points to get away, maybe a bit of reloading too.
Hope to see you all there

It will be my first NSW Queens, and second Queens after the Nationals this year so I am looking forward to it.

Cant wait. Going by current weather patterns, I don't think we will be rained out this year, though many people wouldn't mind if major rain falls were on the cards. As it is, I wont need to mow the lawn, maybe sweep the dust.
It should be a great Queens, good range and range program as well as interesting but fun conditions (usually)

Nope. Some of the 10 day forecasts are even less optomistic.
Friday 20mm rain. 30km/h Wind gusts to 40
Saturday 5mm rain. 20km/h wind gusts to 30
Sunday...... 15mm rain 20km/h wind
Does a 3m x 3m rain cover over your rifle meet the rules requirements?
Only good thing is i am not camping this year.
Cheers
Adrian

tim,
as long as your tent does not self destruct like mine did in the middle of the night one year at lower light.

Two years ago i camped in my swag. That was bad enough, we have booked into the cabins this year. Looks like it might have been a good choice considering the forecast.

Starting to regret entering now - it's going to be a mudfest.

No, it will be OK, maybe a little damp for a day if you read the optimistic forecasts. It'll be a good 5 days.

At least we won't be complaining about the heat.
