Back home now and very relieved. As Alan says I feel great that the equipment problems I have had lately are well and truly rectified.
What a close finish it was, only a few points covering the top 10 positions, this is just getting too hard. With the weather conditions at Malaba these last 3 days, it was easy to drop back 10 positions with one bad range. One shot a millimetre away would have had Tony Berry, John Peters or Matt Paroz in the lead.
There were around 20 F Open shooters this year, so numbers AND Quality of shooters are definitely on the way up.
Congratulations to Jeff Eppleston, commiserations to Peter Drew in F STD A grade.
Congratulations as well to Jim Bailey for Winning Full Bore.

Well done to all esp. Alison Rigby at 800m with 89.6 using a 6BR !!!
And what a lovely young lady she is, too ! She shot so well, and responded to the " pats on the back" and congratulations with such poise and grace that it's hard to believe she is only 12 years old !
Well done to her dad Steve as well. There is some awesome parenting and mentoring going on there.

Extreme accuracy and precision shooting at long range can be a very addictive pastime.

well done all.
tony,
you have come a long way in a short time. a man of great potential.
close agg scores often suggest that it could be anyone's match.
keep safe,
bruce.

NSW grading post McIntosh and Queens
The NSW F Class grading database has been updated after the 137th NSW Championships. See www.nswfclass.com.au

Congratulations to all winners and losers! It was a great competition and atmosphere and very well attended by F Classers both open and standard. The depth of talent, both young and old shooters, should ensure the sport of target shooting grows.
The wind changes, many of which were forecast, were a sight to behold, especially if you were shooting when they occurred!!
Cheers

Some NSWRA 2013 Queens photos
Event winner Rod Davies was pleased with his 60-5 at the 2nd 600 metre range on a very tough day at the office
My own 60-5 at the first 600 will be a favourite for me for a long long time, because it won me my first ever Days Aggregate at a Queens
It was a seriously hard days work for everyone.
Still, the views were SPECTACULAR
And our recently returned USA FCWC heroes still had time to reminisce !
All we need now is unfettered access to the zero range so that we may zero our scopes correctly every morning if required
