Ive seen some blokes in the USA who have started playing with the berger 215gr and 230gr for F/TR. I'd love to try them but cant justify getting a new barrel just to play with those two projies and not be able to really run anything else.

Shaun, I spoke to these guys, and they are looking at heading back to the 185's
The heavier projectilces require better gun handling, as they stay In the barrel just that much longer.

Bigger is not always better.

Gents,

Has any one heard of or seen/used the hornady 180gr Amax in 30cal? It has a claimed BC of .580. I found it while I was going through shooter app. I can't find it on the hornady site or anywhere else?

What's your thoughts gents?
