Homemade bipod: can it have wheels/castors?

F/TR is the international full bore class for .308 and .223, currently being trialled around Australia.

I have given up on this idea (I was mucking around with large diameter wheels from a golf cart) as my new rifle is quite heavy and I don't plan on putting ballast on the tripod now. The tracking issue in grass was actually what I was after but I see that is against the spirit of the rules. Plus it looked f--ken weird.
