G'Day Alan,
I'm planning on being at Anakie with my .223 in FO, I just got to work out the 800m comeups from 300yds!

Ned,

If you're still using those light flat base bullets in a slow twist barrel then from what I've been told, the .223 just won't perform at 800m. Different story with 80 or 90gn Sierras and a tight twist. So as much as I'd like to see you there, I wouldn't want your day to be a disaster.

G'Day Alan
I was at WISC today and with the 80SMK I needed 10.5moa to come up from 300yds to 600yds, based on that data, I think I'll need about 25moa to go from 300yds to 800m if sierra infinity program is anything to go by....

If the conditions at Anakie are anything like WISC was today there will be plenty of mirage at 800m!

Sounds like you've got it all sorted out Ned. Apologies for doubting your equipment and loads.
