Thanks Graham.
Looks like it was red hot competition in all three of the F Class events today. Brent snuck out to a handy 4 point lead in Std A grade but really close tussles in both F Open and Std B Grade, that would have had a lot of interest in the last few shooters.
Congratulations to all of the winners.
Looks like Lowell has got his new Open gun performing fairly well, so it will no doubt be very competitive over the next few months and including the NRAA Queens and then the QRA Queens

Yep was a great weekend with good but at times tricky conditions. There was was in my opinion some world class shooting especially by the Ipswich crew. For me Beth showing me her photos of her grandchildren . And me showing her and others my beautiful kids . Seeing Emile shooting up a storm at 85 that's year old not his score ! And another older gentleman rocking up with his rifle and walking stick laying down a score . I think he was in his ninties !
The fellowship or Aussiemateship is the best part of the shoot .

Im very sorry that I woke everyone up at 6 am , trying to go to Maccas for hot cakes . The old girl ( she's 44 yrs old) was in quiet mode ! But there's no substitute for a cammy worked 351 ! 😜

Funniest thing was getting ambushed by green ants at 500yds second day . I'm going to blame that dropped point on that !!

I'm blogging now , no glasses and 15 power scope don't mix . and over annealing cases led to minute and half vertical at 600 last day.
Back to the drawing board ! Have a little work ahead if I want to go to the Nats . I was lucky to get a third and second overall ( bridesmaid again). There was so many good shooters there.
Well personally Warwick gave me a hiding last year twice .So now I can put that one to Bed.
I made some Great Friendships and fordged existing ones . And my evil Nemis ( and he shoots like that at the Nats , the next champ) just totally outclassed me . He's a good bloke too! (That's shooter McReid if ur wandering )

Catch ya next time GS . Dalby RC
Ps congrats Julie for 2nd . A good weekend for our club .
