Eric from Berger Bullets years ago tested one and it failed to detect the test bullets he setup up to evaluate it. I have repaired one of these units for an Aussie shooter of note and found the unit to be basic in the extreme. The electronics was all discrete components, (if memory serves me correct not even a IC op-amp to be seen). Looked a lot like a simple Dick Smith Electronics kit.
