Has anyone with the relevant details taken on the role of publicity officer and informed the SMH and other NEWSPAPERS?

They cannot publish what they do not know about !

Andrew, as per my post this morning at approx 10;30am we ALL need to take on that role. The more emails or calls they get, the more likely they are to actually look at a story. I contacted (and advised of the success) Ben Fordham from Ch 9, but did it via his 2GB web page "contact".
I also contacted The Courier Mail, Brisbanes biggest paper.
Everyone needs to get off their butts and contact their own local media. The more calls the better. All it takes is an email or phone call and we cant expect Alan Fraser to do it !! I see it as every bloody shooter in the country's responsibility. Its a given that some papers wouldnt publish a positive shooting story......unless they get dozens of emails.
I am trying to do my bit, but every single F Class shooter in Australia could surely contact "someone".
The news will only be news while its really current.....like TODAY.
Rgds

Tony, can you post a link to Ben Fordham on the forum, then can everyone send a message to channel 9, we need to get this achievement recognised.

Forum members then need to pass the link onto other club members so they can also put the pressure on.

http://www.2gb.com/shows/sydney-live-be ... m/feedback is Contact page to get to Ben Fordham at 2GB. I had to reduce my post to him because it was too many characters.....I recommended that he send Stevie Jacobs straight to Raton

I just went on our own NRAA website. They have devoted a whole single line to their Press Release, and a link to the results, which would mean absolutely nothing to the general public the way it opens.
One bloody line !
