2017 F/TR

Post by John T »

It may be of interest to those who shoot F/TR that it is stated in the GB Selection Notice that its F/TR Team will use 155gn bullets at Connaught.

They've probably worked out how to get triple based powders to push the 155gr @ 3750fps with a 308W.

The Brits are inclined to do the unexpected. The last Palma before Belmont they ran the old non-VLD Bergers at 2800-and-something & still crapped on everybody, claiming that that was the bullet that they got the best elevation from. Then, their coaches are transferable between TR, MR & F and Connaught is not an unknown quantity to them.
