I'd like to highlight the effort of Shane Dowling from the ACT - an F Standard B Grader who has been struggling to get good results - until he got his Barnard just recently....

Good on you Shane - heading the results for F Standard (to this point)

Cheers

Just spoke to Vic coach Noel Osborn and yes, Vic got up by 1 point in F-Std. But looks like Mike Waites and the F-Open team might have got caught in a southerly squall that's just hit.

Hey Chop,
Have a look at the 3 Open teams on 1129 pts , and see if those damned Xs still don't count :D  :D
Well done SA, on a comprehensive win ! AND with only fully pimped rifles, fully pimped shooters, fully pimped vehicles etc etc ! Bruce Moulds has probably headed off to the pub already to start celebrating . Having seen flashes of red underwear already, Lord only knoWs what might eventuate at the presentation dinner tonight !

yes,
6s and Xs go hand in hand with well pimped rifles and 2 lug actions.
the stats are beginning to become undeniable.
well done rich (coach) and all the shooters.
a lot of this goes back to phil bradshaw taking some fclass guys under his wing and introducing system into coaching.
the shooters have done the hard yard getting their guns going.
keep safe,
bruce.

Well done Vic in F-Std and S.A. in F-Open.

Looks like you were right about those X's at 600 turning into 6's at 1000, Bruce.

You know what?! I woke up this morning. . . With one bleary eye open got dressed and downed some breakfast.

After a quick "pit stop" I before the shoot noticed I had some how pulled on a pair of red calvin Klein's out of my bag. . .. . . I took it as a sign from God and knew it was going to be a good day!

How much money says that somehow,...........accidently......the entire SA Open Team somehow all managed to drag on a pair of red Kalvin Kleinj jocks this morning :D  :D
Something tells me that we might see and read a bit more about this young fella from SA with a red hot 7 mm SAUM, throwing 180's out at 3100 + fps.
I think Mr Pohl might have "arrived".
He will certainly be the one to beat in the Queens, if he continues to shoot the way he did over the past two days.
Well done mate. You did very well ! =D> =D>

Oh, Jeez, on top of all the other expense getting my rifles going, loads, scopes, pimping, etc, etc, Now I have to toss all my reggies and buy up big in RED

Congratulations to all and thanks Tony for keeping us up to date.
