Flying to Tassie?

Post by Tim N »

Hi All,
If you are flying to Tas pre booking excess baggage weight is MUCH cheaper than paying when you arrive.
From Newcastle I paid $48 each way for 20 KG extra.
Or $15/KG without pre booking
Hope that helps any non frequent flyers like myself.

Beware Matt. I understand that WA is no longer killing the big sharks. To keep the shark lovers happy, they are relocating them to SA waters... (Jaws music dur dur dur dur ......)

Alan, its not the sharks TEAM SA are most concerned about, it's the Pelicans when we get to Campbell Town that will be the problem. 8)

That's all part of the plan Alan! A well trained shark is a deadly marksman.

the sa team is selling tickets.
each sa shooter can take a Victorian under each arm while swimming, and is prepared to do so for a fair price.
first class costs more, but is quicker, as the swimmer will wear flippers.
keep safe,
bruce.

Cmon guys, enough is enough. We all know Team WA have the biggest trump card in the compeition. You guys might as well just bring some beers/scotch/rum and enjoy watching us shoot.

To assist with nobbling the SA boys, I believe that a bottle of Scotch with a hint of Peat will take down PJ. If we leave a bottle lying around the mound, it'll be like honey to a bee :D

I wonder if the S.A crew have got their fleet of Tiger moths all pimped up and their navigators have found Tasmania on the maps yet!

On a serious note, I wish I did have some spare time after the teams event to possibly catch up for a fish, but I got my trout fix there last november and have to get home for work straight after the teams event.

Heres a couple to distract you further from thinking about shooting...
