RCBS

Post by Walt »

I would like to acknowledge RCBS (USA) for their exemplary customer service. Some weeks ago I wrote to them saying I was having issues with their beam scales, I suspected it may have been the knife bearings, which were nylon. Without any argument, without any questioning, without any challenge of any sort, RCBS sent out replacement bearings. Got them today. No cost to me what so ever.

This is the text of their initial reply;

"I've created a replacement order, covered as a courtesy, and am sending it to the address you have provided. You should receive an email with the tracking information once shipped via USPS. We appreciate your patience and understanding in fulfilling your order as we are 2 weeks behind in the Warranty Department.

NOTE: WE ARE WORKING DILIGENTLY TO ADDRESS YOUR QUESTIONS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING.

Truly impressed.

Had similar experience several years ago on 2 seperate occassions.
They sent me a sprue cutter plate for a double cavity mould (previous owner had damaged it somehow) and then sent me a complete motor and dispenser tube for my Chargemaster. It was well out of warranty at that stage.
Like the OP, no cost to me.

I have read on overseas forums, similar examples of their great service.
