7 saum load data with 2209

Hi All,

Can someone give me an indication on a starting load for the 7 SAUM with SMK 183 gr
I am after the "new" 2209, which if I understand correctly is slightly faster than the old 2209?
Or is it best to go with 2213 sc instead??

I’ve seethe thread but it is 6 years old
I suspect the older 2209 was in use then
