Just got back from the presentations for the FCWC individuals. Marty finished second in F-Open =D> ! Many other Australian medals for ranges, daily aggs, and other top 10s. We really made our presence felt, and there were a lot of surprised Americans I can tell you. I hope someone publishes them soon =D> Its 10pm - I have 60 rounds to load and clean the rifle, then some shut-eye and the team shoot muster is at 7am  .

Have a good look at Daryl Barlow's F/TR shoot. He pulled himself out of deep doodos first day to get right up there in the end.

Well done to all the Aussies, especially Marty missing out on 1st place only by centres and Alan and his 3 lug on winning the second day.

Congratulations, Marty, Alan and Dave as well as Daryl and Jason, magnificent effort.
What a record the Cairns club holds in the number of FO badges held by past and present members and now 2 in the World's top 15!
Peter Smith also deserves the accolades for his behind the scenes assistance in the Marty and Dave's preparation.
Good luck to all to-morrow in the Teams.

Just a quick note before heading off to breakfast and teams events.
What an awesome few days. Some simply fantastic efforts by both FTR and FO shooters.

Alan was truly the best shot in the world yesterday in some very tricky condiitions. And some great efforts by Jason, Darryl and Mike plus many more

but my hat goes off to my training partner.
Marty - awesome effort mate. A truly professional performance that had my jaw dropping on many occasions. You kept it up all week and after all this effort peaked perfectly. =D>

Now lets go get em!

Geez, and here I am thinking of jumping on the 7mm bandwagon (I want to try out for the 2017 FCWC Team) and I was set on the Shehane, now I have to consider the straight 284..... Thanks Marty :)

Any chance of a equipment list for the top 15 shooters? I take it most were using 7mm? or have many yanks gone to the 300WSM?
