I have to say I was disappointed with my Redding (and I love Redding products) Comp Shellholder Set. I bought it when they first became available. The steps between the shellholders are inconsistant and the 2 middle ones mic the same grrr. Plus I load for 4 different cartridge head diameter families and there is no way I will be purchacing another three sets to cover my other catridges.

A better solution I have found is Skip Otto's 7 shim set which go under the die's locking ring. The shims go 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 thou and give very flexible range of adjustments.

Too true Gary. Makes a lot of sense.
Thanks

If your current dies are sizing the brass sufficiently at the .200” line and the shoulder and you are getting enough bump then the die is doing it’s job.
