38 gr of 2208 was my load with 123 gr Scenars. IIRC velocity was high 2900. Jammed 8 thou. CCI BR primers. 31" barrel.
I didn't use them for very long b4 changing to 130 gr Bergers.

I used the chart in this link for guidance when I first started out with my 6.5x47L. There wasn't much local info around at the time.

hey mate I'm no bench rest shooter so take this for what you paid for it, out in the cane fields off a bipod I found a node with 2208 at 37.1g doing a ladder at 300m shot very small around this. I didn't test much further with the 123 as my throat was a bit too long for them not much left in the case when seated 15thou off. Ive just got a bunch of 139 scenars to try outta this gun hopefully with similar results with 2209 with the bullet seated a bit further into the case.

No - you wont get enough in the case. Barely enough room for the 140 class.

start at 36 and work through a ladder to 38 grains and you should find something. It was my go to bullet for the 6.5*47 for a few years I ran 10 thou jump and Br4 primers.

Out of my Log book I found the most accurate for the 123 Lap. 6.5X47 to be 37.3 with 2206H. 37.8 with 2208. 37.5 with 2209. 38.1 with RL15. and 39.7 with 2213sc.
This was with "Large" Russian primers as I made all my cases out of standard 308 brass shells and a slightly longer neck which gave a lot of other advantages over the standard 6.5X47 Lap. case.
