Why do you want one so slow?

1:14 is probably the fastest end and only the last option for a 30br, 1:17 would be ideal

Hi Haemish762,
I have a Tobler 17 twist s/s barrel fitted for s/a Remington and chambered for .30 B.R. Remington. 22" long tapers from 1.25" to.935 and is fluted. Approx .1500 rounds. In good nick. If fitting to Remington would probably only have to touch up the crown.$120-00 posted.

Cheers,
Trevor.

I'm using a 10 twist for my 30 dasher running 125 out at
A little over 3000fps. Barrel is 19 in. It does torque like a bitch.
The slower twist will help with that.

I shoot 215's out of a 1 in 10 no issues doing 2690 which is as fast as you want. If you are having issues with 155's torquing the issue is something else. I have had 1 in 13, 1 in 12.5 1 in 12 and one in 10 with everything from 155 to 215 and never had issues. No scientific proof, but faster spun projectiles seem to drift less ( I am not the only one who thinks this either) think a spinning top. I cant see a benefit for a slow twist as it is hard to over spin a projectile..
