GRS X-Eater stock, pillar bedded for Defiance Machine Rebel (Rem Clone) will accept Rem 700 SA with very minor adjustments to recoil lug slot. Accessory rail under forend $600 + post

No it's not, but as it's a timber stock I see no reason a competent person couldn't cut it out to suit.
