Does anyone know anything about these actions? I have tried to find some information about them online to no avail other than a few pictures that come up from the triplej price list and a listing in ssaa sales for a bloke in Queensland selling a rifle he makes built around one. They appear to be a Quadlock type action and available in tubular or machined block style, and look very strongly built.
Any information about them is appreciated.

Contact Tim Lawrence on this site, I know he has a couple of these as I made him a stock for one. Cheers Rob.

I can give you Peter Bevan's number if you would like? He is the bloke who makes them.

Slightly more on average than a barnard. By what I have seen they are worth the little extra. I didn’t end up buying one this time around but hopefully next time Peter is still making them. David Brewster and tim Lawrence can tell you first hand what they are like.

They’re few and far between. I did have some of the one I should have bought but they are gone. He makes two basic styles, a round body action which is virtually a barnard footprint from memory and a square body action which I believe is what the target rifle guys run. This is an old thread but Corbett used to have some pics on his website as he was selling them.

He still does of the square shaped action, and it's the same price as the Barnard.

Top one will fit a Barnard P inlet
Bottom one is the Ultra, 30mm shorter and saves enough weight to go with a parallel barrel
4 lug bolt. I think its 21 degrees to lock the bolt.
Hand made triggers which I have found to be faultless.
