Recommendations on which trigger to purchase (the cheaper the better)
It's for an F Standard rifle with a Barnard S, HS Precision stock with Remington 700 bottom steel, so it has basically got to be a trigger that will fit a Rem 700.
Jewell prices are out of the question.
How do Timney's go?
Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Trigger advice. Please help.
It's not the size of the dog in the fight, but the size of the fight in the dog.

Hi foxy,
The only options I can see is using a rem 700 trigger or maybe a rifle basix trigger. The remmy is good I had one on my 6mmBR F open rifle and it was good, the rifle basix trigger are good but not as good as a jewel but still pretty good especially for the price (around $300 from memory).
Hope this helps,
mitchell

Firepower usally means an increased number of misses per minute. 50 misses are not firepower. One hit is firepower

Suitable Barnard "S" triggers.
Just a thought, perhaps you might ask one of the agents their opinion !
