2209vs2213sc

I heard that 2209 powder will erode the 7mmx284 barrel much faster than 2213sc, even if you keep mild loads.Could any shooter give us some light on this, please?

Hammer I have used mostly ar2209 in a Barlein 5r 284 win barrel that has now had 1700 rounds through it. Measurable throat erosion is less than 10 thou. Loads have all been pretty light, no more than 51gn with 180 Berger vlds around 2800 fps. I had carbon problems but that is another story. I found AR2213sc to burn much dirtier.
I used AR2213sc in a Lilia barrel chambered in 7-08ai and throat erosion was just over 30 thou over 1200 rounds with a moderate load of 50gn.
Pretty sure that rate of fire in this warm weather has more to do with how quickly the lands will recede.
