CG DELTA ACTION

#1 Postby Jase PTRC » Tue Sep 22, 2015 8:48 pm

Hi just wondering if anyone has one of these actions and what your thoughts are on it. Or even if you have any decent photos of it you could post up here.

There are some pictures of the LMT about halfway down the page here, it is the one finished in Titanium Cerakote on a stone floor and one on a wood floor, you will have to wade through a few more snaps as I am not sure how to post a single picture.

Shout if you have any questions and I am sure Robert, Chris or myself will be able to help. :)

Thank you for your replies. I have found alot of great information bot on the action clear website and also the shooting shed, i do have a question regarding bedding blocks for this action and also to confirm the weight. Is there a flexblock available for the delta as per the inch action? Also is the weight of 820grams including the bolt?

Jass,

We talk then about the 59 conventional action, not the 66 Tube Rifle?

I will manage to have a real 59 action weighed during the week end. One 59 is actually in France for fitting a second calibre barrel.
The Flexibloc for it has been drafted, but not yet manufactured.

I believe either David or Chris will manage to have some made shortly

Yes Robert that is correct the Model 59. Sorry if i was unclear before. It was refered to as the LMT on the actionclear website (light metal target) single shot aluminium action with tool steel insert.

Any luck with a confirmation of weight on this action Robert?
