Rifle has been shooting Moly Bullets

#1 Postby jcinsa » Sun Sep 17, 2006 11:30 am

I've just bought a 308 thats been shooting Moly Bullets.

As I don't want to continue this, what do I have to do before using standard jacketed projectiles?

Thanks, JC

Clean with any mild abrasive cleaner like JB or Rem Clean, Auto sol.
If you wrap a patch around a nylon bristle brush and coat with cleaner the brush will push the patch out into the corners of the lands with out having to have a very tight patch on an ordinary jag.
