Hi
I've just finished setting up an omark in 284win thanks wild bill. Now I've got the bug to do a 6.5-284 on an omark. I just aquired another $80 rifle and put a mab adaptor in it. Will I be pushing my luck to get the performance out of the omark pressure wise, Or would it be better to jump on the 6Br bandwagon.
Thanks in advance

I beg to disagree with that statement. Yes you can run a 6Br at highter pressure than a 6.5 284 but you can also run a 6.5 284 higher than a 6 br if you dont push the limit on the 6 Br and do push the limit on the 284.
It seems that to get a 6Br running at long ranges people push the limits more than recomended SAMI 55.000 Psi limit for safe loading, just because the small case doesn't show the early signs that other cases show when overloaded. That doesn't mean that they aren't running at excess pressure.

Ken the thread is asking advice on the action as you have said the BR's are ramped up to get them to shoot would doing this be safe in an Omark?
Maybe you could offer some advice to Hammersmith in regard to the Omark
