Personaly I use aset of digital scales that measure to 1 miligram to weigh powder. My pet load for a 6 BR is 29.5 Gn and this is 1912 miligram. As 2208 kernels of powder weigh 1.5 miligram each these scales allow me to load consistantly to the nearest kernal of powder.
Now if anybody is interested I have 3 sets of these scales to spare from a job lot that I will part with for $120 each plus postage of $10.

First in with a PM will get my attention.
Regards
Ken L
