I can't get a measure of the diameter of the head of an Omark bolt because of the 3 lugs, but the wall thickness at the head recess is no more than .050" - down closer to .040" in places. With a head size of .532-.535" compared with the .308 head size of .472", your magnums are going to leave you no more than .020" wall thickness were the recess machined out for the larger head.
I would reckon that you'll be hard pressed to find a competent gunsmith willing to play roulette with those margins.
