rats,
as i understand it ar2213 is now a thing of the past, being replaced by ar2213sc
the nearest way to describe teir relative burninrates is like calling 2213 imr4831, and 2213sc h4831.
this makes the older powder a bit faster than the newer one.
as an example of burning rate, in the 280 rem with 140 gn bullets, the old powder would max at about 56 gn, and the newer one at about 59 gn.
2209 is roughly equivalent to imr4350 which would max under the above circumstances at about 54 gn.
thus suggesting that2213 is about (roughly speaking) 1/2 way between 2209 and 2213sc.
this is from personal experience in two different 280 barrels. experience in 25/06 and 270 win barrels has suggested a similar trend.
other people's experiences might vary.
an email to the manufacturer might be of benefit.
good luck with it.
