sorry alan,
it was 300m, & the conditions were good. which proves that they start out ok.
the cartridge is an interesting one. a 7mm/08 with a 40 degree shoulder pushed back to give a long neck.
the guy's intent was to optimize case capacity for ar2208.
would likely be a lovely silhouette round.

My comment was a bit tongue in cheek Bruce. Well done to the shooter. I'm actually yet to get a 60 out my 7mm :cry: .

alan,
do you remember those people howling down the super v target as too easy.
then matt peroz, who possibly shot more possibles on the old 100 target than anyone else said that not too many 60 scores were common on the fullbore target anyway.
matt was proven correct. they aren't that easy.
