Lyman after sale service

#1 Postby richmac » Wed Nov 25, 2009 4:32 pm

Hi all
I purchased a Lyman set of 223 dies from America.
When I received them I noticed that when I got a 80 grain Amax projectile and seated it, the plastic tip was sitting on the top of the seating die and not on the shoulder of the projectile.
I sent a email to Lyman explaining my dilema.
Without any hassle or problems Lyman said very sorry to hear about this and stated that they would immediatly send me a complete new seating stem that will accomadate the 80 grain Amax projectile.
Now how good is that for Customer Service.
I thought I would pass this on as its nice to get good service these days without ths hassle.
Cheers Rich :D
