Help with 184 bergers

#1 Postby saum2 » Thu Dec 14, 2023 8:43 pm

Generally I do my own load development but while running low on consumables I'd rather not waste any, so asking for help with 7mm 184 bergers in either 8.5 or 9T barrels with either 2209 or 2213sc powder, jam or how much jump. Both barrels are cut barrel with .220 FB SAUM chamber 31" long. Thanks

With newer powders I prefer 2213sc, likely ending up somewhere around 59.5gns, but some have been running a grain less, so maybe start around 58.5gn. I try to get up around the 2935-2940 fps area but dont push pressures trying to get there. Usually around .020" jump will be where you will likely end up as well.
