Hi just after some advice on 6 brx dies. can you use just a standard set of BR dies for full length and neck sizing?
Thanks

Hi Jake,

I shoot a 6BRX and because the shoulder is blown forward 2.54mm you'll need a genuine 6BRX FLS die to reform fired cases.
However 6BR neck sizing and seating dies can be used with a 2.54mm thick steel spacer located between the die base and shell holder such that when the neck sizing die is fully closed in the press, the shoulder clearance meets 6BRX requirements.
The turned up SS steel spacer I used is OD 19mm ID 12.5mm x 2.54mm thick

Hope this helps

Peter

Good choice, I use a Lee Collet Die made by Lee's custom shop, no runout and necks are always coaxial.
