Hi,
Has anyone had a issue with the savage accutrigger not being able to be set to 1kg for fclass.
The one I was looking at could only get set to about 0.75kgs and that was with the adjustment spring maxed out.
This is to light for Fclass standard and need to get it set to 1kg.
This is a brand new rifle and do not want to send back to USA for a long time repair as the weight is supposed to be adjustable from about 1.5 to 4 pounds or 0.7kgs to 1.8 kgs
Any help or ideas on how to fix this wold be great.
Peter

my fopen target accutrigger is set to about 1/2 kilo, my f std target accutrigger is set to 1 kg and has passed tests a couple of times for the queens. The main problem i have had with these triggers is that when shipped, they are often set to a few hundred grams, and lock up (not fire) if the bolt is closed to harshly or any sideways force is placed on the trigger.

Will be interesting to see what Savage come back with.
Next step if they cannot help might be a new trigger or see if we can get a different spring with more tension on it.

Peter, a better option might be to replace the accutrigger with a Rifle basix replacement. These are just so much better and easy to install and achieve the light trigger pull you want.
