Re: Squadding
Last year they re-squadded everyone on the last day according to their position on the board. Thankfully they aren't doing that again.

F4, 4.1 & 4.2 are quite an interesting read in relation to ICFRA's position on this.

Re: Squadding
But of course, their position relates to one event every four years with qualifications for entry, so lacks a certain degree of relevance for us, where we run thirty-four state championships in the same time. Oh, and 4.1 presupposes something entirely different to our norm, irrespective for squadding methodology, of shooting a consecutive group of shooters on a target. It requires that a given shooter will fire at this time of day on this target, which can only be achieved shooting Bisley style where all shooters on a given target score for each other in rotation.

Re: Squadding
Sorry John, your post was confusing me
Are you implying that its not possible to squad in a way that " so far as possible equalizes the variable effects" because we shoot so many more than ICFRA?
What qualifications for entry are required?
Given that the icfra rules account for single and pairs string fire, and Bisley, I don't understand your final comments that's it's not possible under Bisley style.

Jase,
I'm getting some stuff straight from the horse's mouth. It could take a few days.
